Initial consultation
Your journey begins with an initial home visit to measure up, chat about your dream space, and listen to any concerns you might have about the job. It's at this stage we can also talk about colour options and potential accessories.
We can discuss creative concepts you might not have thought of to maximise the space we have to work with, giving you the best result.
Concept confirmation
From here we'll draw up a plan, including all the colour and accessory options you've chosen, a rough timescale of how long the work will take, and send it across along with a quotation for the job.
Once you're happy to proceed we'll arrange a date that is convenient for you to begin the work and notify you who will be on site on the day.
Completing the work
Our experienced team will arrive on the day with everything ready to go and take one final run through the project before commencing work.
You can rely on us to be punctual, keep to our word and get your project done to the highest standard. We will keep you informed throughout the entire process and should anything change we will discuss this with you first
Aftercare
While composite decking generally requires low maintenance, it will still need some looking after. We'll offer advice and products to use to keep it looking fresh all year round, and we're always at the end of the phone if you have any concerns post-build.
